Hi mamas!
I’m currently 11 months strong in my breastfeeding journey. It has been one of the most challenging yet rewarding thing I have ever done. I would not trade it for the world. Im absolutely going to miss the bond once we’re done. I do wish they would educate more on breastfeeding, to me my thought process was “okay so this is a natural thing. Should be easy right? Just latch baby and go from there? Making milk shouldn’t be a problem because our bodies do it naturally?”.

I wish that first time moms had more education available to them on breastfeeding because it is overwhelming especially trying to figure it out after you just had a baby and while you are recovering/ adjusting to newborn life
I was just thinking about that last night the bond is something I wouldn’t trade the world for ugh I’m going to miss that so much

Yesss I felt the same way my first time! I thought it was just throw the pumps on and end up with full bottles of milk. I was definitely disappointed when I figured out that is not how it works
