Did anyone have issues with the m9 pump leaking milk?

I bought an M9 pump and I tried to use it and my milk kept leaking at the top so I took it apart. I put new pieces inside. Try it again and it’s still leaked. Does anyone have any tips for Making it not leak at the top because I tried so many Momcozy pumps and they just don’t work out and they’re pretty expensive so I just don’t wanna buy another one and it not work out

I haven’t had issues at all. I’m co sorry. That’s super odd. I don’t know that I’ve seen anyone say they’ve had leaking. The duckbill with the arrow is being put in correctly? I’m shocked it’s doing that. Are you sitting still or moving around a lot when you wear them?

Hmmm mine never leak. Not even a drop of milk. My motor for these probably are the cleanest of them all- I still wipe them down but probably don’t have to. I wonder if the diaphragm is on the whole way correctly. It’s a bit tricky!!!

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your M9 leaking. The next step depends on where the milk is leaking from:

If it’s leaking from the side of the milk collector:
Please check that all soft silicone parts, especially the diaphragm and silicone edges, are fully seated and lying flat with no gaps or warped edges before attaching the hard plastic components.

If it’s leaking from the flange tunnel or suction channel:
Please make sure the flange or insert forms a secure seal against your skin, and adjust the suction level to match your milk flow rather than using a level that’s too high. After pumping, leaning forward about 15° before removing the pump can also help any milk remaining in the channel drain back into the collector.
