y baby is 1 month old and oh lord what a month ! This is my second baby after 6 years so it has been a hot minute and i honestly don’t remember it being this hard ! I chose to exclusively pump again this time around and a wearable breast pump has been a huge help ! another one is My partner ! he definitely has been a huge help as well ! we’ve been trying to get little baby on a schedule so that we are not up all night long. i use an app to track his feedings and when it’s time my partner will gave baby a bottle of pumped breast milk While I’m sleeping or taking care of myself !
