First time pregnancy

Invest in a good pregnancy pillow early sleep gets tricky later. Gentle movement like walking can help with aches and mood. This helped me a lot and getting a yoga ball and doing light stretches to help you give birth. Rest when your body asks for it growing a baby is a lot of work. Stay hydrated it helps with headaches, nausea, and energy. Keep snacks with you at all times because you’ll tend to get hungry more and more.

I’d get a stroller fan. I used mine everywhere I went, even when I when to the hospital to have my baby, because I was always hot! Now, the baby gets to use it on her stroller and the car seat on the hot summer days

I found side sleeping with a pillow between my knees more comfortable :white_heart: It helped my hips feel better.
