it’s difficult but sooo worth it! drink lots of water and try to eat 3x a day and two snacks! coconut water is so hydrating and a godsend for breastfeeding!

Hi been exclusively pumping 8 weeks now and no stash but I pump a normal amount. I drink lots of water, eat oats, drink body armor tons of protein bars and make my own protein balls & brownies and produce a normal amount around 30-35oz! Don’t get stressed trying to get extra. if you have extra, take the sleep if you need it! Always try different pumps if you’re not getting output. Try flanges if it’s hurting you also!
