Hi mamas. I have changed my flange size from 24 (I don’t think I was ever this size lol) to 21 to 19. Now, it feels like I need to go even smaller. Does it settle or will they continue to squeeze smaller? 
I’ve been nursing/pumping for 2 months.
Buying smaller inserts now, but considering to buy multi sizes versus just what I’m currently measuring if it’s going to continue down this path!
