I remember reading a post on fb about a baby that had brittle bones ? Wasn’t sure what’s the contributing factors. But the dr placed the baby on vitamin d drops

Maybe speak to your paediatrician abt it

I do not only because I take 6000 myself. And the baby is outside a lot so I do not. But definitely talk to the pediatrician about it.

Doc recommended for breastfeed babies because it’s not much in the milk as it is with formula. I have some for my son but forget a lot of times to give it to him. It’s suppose to be once daily. Or like someone else said take them outside, although it is about to get cold soon.

Yes. For breastfed baby, my ped recommended me to do so

If they are consuming breastmilk, yes. Even if the mom is taking vitamin D, it doesn’t transfer through breastmilk.

Yes we do! Our pediatrician recommended it at one of our little one’s first appointments. This was due to him being primarily fed breastmilk.

Yes definitely! It’s not transferred through breastmilk !! There some drops for digestive discomfort that does have vitamin d

My prenatal has a much higher level of vitamin D than others so I stopped supplementing him directly

I take the vitamin d!
