Motherhood has expanded my life by reminding me that I too need to take care of myself. I cannot take care of everyone else in the best possible ways or how I should or need to if I do not also take care of myself. I do these by eating healthy meals and preparing them for my family, making sure I am getting to bed earlier(excluding today) I am exercising, I am doing things I love, enjoy, and help relieve stress like massages, a walk, taking care of my many plants, enjoying my meal hot, reading, or sharing here! I am thankful that they remind me I also need to care for me while caring for them!

I totally agree ! Us moms have to take care of ourselves as well
