I know everyone is different but I just got the Earth Mama nipple butter because the pain was so intense & it has done wonders after just a couple applications in 2 days!! Highly recommend if you’re on the first time mom breastfeeding struggle bus too!

Yes I love this!! I use this too. I do occasionally use coconut oil but it’s not as good in my opinion
I love earth mama the diaper balm too is just incredible
I haven’t tried the earth momma but a lot of moms recommend it.
