One Thing I Wish Someone Told Me About Pumping

Aww mamma I love so much of this post. I might cry. What a beautiful community we have built here.

And I was the same way at first I thought I had to have an exact time and exact amount and exact process in here. I’m on my second journey and it’s so much easier knowing that all the tiny things I was so worried about actually or not that important. Eat drink and pump (or nurse) haha

I swear i’be felt it sooo much and extreme fear, pressure, sadness about pumping and breastfeeding​:sweat_smile::weary_face:. But Thank God and this amazing community that help me through it :smiling_face_with_three_hearts::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

This is a great reminder that we shouldn’t measure our worth in breast milk! Some days we just don’t produce like we want to, and that’s okay. Just keep going, and things will get better again. And don’t give up just because you see a low amount of milk
