🪿💕 One Tiny Milestone I’ll Always Remember: My Baby Girl’s First Birthday!

One tiny milestone I want to remember forever is planning my daughter’s very first birthday. :two_hearts::face_holding_back_tears:

I am SO excited to celebrate my sweet girl’s first birthday! Her theme is “One Silly Goose,” and I’ve been having so much fun bringing everything to life. :goose::ribbon:

I may be a little crazy , but I absolutely LOVE doing everything myself. Instead of ordering a cake, I’m baking it. Instead of buying decorations, I’m making them. And right now… I’m in the middle of building a Texas-sized piñata! :cowboy_hat_face::joy: (Pray for me… and my hot glue gun!)

One thing that’s especially important to me is having a piñata. My daughter is half Mexican and half American, and I want her to grow up connected to both sides of who she is. Keeping our Mexican traditions alive is something that means a lot to me, and a birthday party just doesn’t feel complete without a piñata! :piñata::heart: I know she’s too little to understand it now, but I hope these traditions become special memories as she grows.

As we celebrate her first year of life, I can’t help but get emotional. This tiny milestone means so much to me because it reminds me how quickly time flies. It feels like just yesterday I was holding my newborn, and now I’m planning her very first birthday.

I know she won’t remember this party, but I always will. I’ll remember every moment I spent making it special for her, and that’s something I’ll treasure forever. These are the memories that fill my heart and remind me just how beautiful motherhood truly is. :growing_heart:

Now tell me… Who else always has a piñata at their parties? :piñata: I’d love to know if it’s a family tradition for you too!

Aww I love it! Im trying to do the same for my girls too because they are Mexican American too. Like we speak mostly Spanish at home. Spanish TV. Music. Everything. And sopita de estrellas is a weekly staple in our house lol. I love how big that piñata is you’re doing great!!!

Thank you! My daughter loves farm animals last year we did a chicken birthday party and let the chickens free range during her party and gave our chicken’s eggs as party favors :rooster::egg:it was so fun! She always picks What kind of cake she wants me to make and sometimes it is challenging but it’s fun

This is so beautiful. :face_holding_back_tears::two_hearts: She’s one lucky little girl to have a mom who pours so much love into every little detail also wishing you the best of luck with that Texas-sized piñata and may your hot glue gun survive :joy::piñata:

This are some of the family piñatas- we cant have a kid party without a piñata:joy::joy:
