Ever since becoming a mom, my mind doesn’t shut off. When I wash my hands, I question if they’re clean enough. When I clean bottles and pump parts, I replay everything—did I add the wash tab? Did I miss a step?
It’s constant.
Even when I’m using things that are supposed to make life easier, like my Momcozy pump setup, I still find myself overthinking every little detail.
You’re not the only one momma. We’re all feeling this. Know it’ll get better soon. Wish there a button to shut certain things off for a minute for us to relax for a minute.
It’s like the overthinking never stops! We’re so exhausted we can’t remember. I have never been one to lose things because I have this strange fear of losing things and I’m an ocd neat freak, but I can’t tell you how many times I have misplaced important things since having my daughter. I have had to work really hard mentally to allow things to be messy because it’s too tiring to just be go go go all the time when I am so exhausted
