Pregnancy Support Tip

One support tip I would add for moms in pregnancy towards the end is…

Prioritize your rest in the last few weeks as best as you can. I kind of went overload so my body is forcing me to just relax this last week or so like now I’m still stuck in bed which is so worth it. Get a prenatal massage and enjoy it. Kick your feet up especially being pregnant in summer with this heat, elevate, elevate, elevate! And most importantly in the 3rd trimester, wear comfortable shoes, that’s very loose on the feet to have space when they become swollen. I can’t stress this last one about the shoes/slides enough, I learned the hard way. I recently got some similar to the pic I’m including and a lot of my swelling has gone down already. Anything you can slide your feet into comfortably.:footprints: cozysupportlist

Wish I would’ve had better shoes sooner. Could have prevented a lot of swelling.

Yes I have slippers in my bag for the hospital which are pretty comfy as well.

This is so important! Get as much rest as you can and take good care of yourself as much as you can:heart:
