Pregnancy tipsssss

Prepare your body for labor before delivery. I wish I had known about stretches, breathing techniques, perineal massage, and how to push effectively because I pushed as hard as I could and ended up with severe tearing and a long recovery. Looking back, I know that preparing my body could have made a huge difference.

Overall tip: Spend time preparing for labor before the big day—it may make recovery much easier.

Beautiful picture

This is so important! I am still recovering 18 months later with the pain in my C-section scar area. The muscles are still pretty weak. I wish I knew more about strengthening this area. It’s such a different muscle pain compared to like when you work out.

Thank you momma!! I’m so proud of you!! I couldn’t even walk after two weeks. My babes head was a big noggin so I also think that made things worse for sure!!

This is amazing advice and I hope every expecting mom sees this :raising_hands:t2:

Thank you so much!

Same! Like I felt like a pro. One really does teach us a lot!
