Hi! This was my experience: I didn’t have colostrum until my baby was born. I was told to wait a couple weeks until after they’re born to start pumping. Your baby will cluster feed in the beginning, and you will usually have an oversupply at first while your milk supply adjust to your baby’s needs. The engorgement is no joke :joy: Do be sure to drink tons of water though. Like 100oz a day. Water plays a big part in your milk supply

reaching out to a lactation consultant right now isnt a bad option they can give you tips and tricks and help ease your mind! They are such a great resource even if you are pregnant in fact I almost find it better because they can help you better prepare mentally for what’s to come and give you tools you need. I went to a lactation cafe pregnant and it was amazing
