My 4 month old decided to go on strike when I returned to work and won’t latch like normal. She’s hungry but fights the boob and acts like im killing her, she won’t take the bottle either so I’m sad and confused as to why she’s fighting it knowing she’s hungry.

If your baby suddenly refuses breastfeeding or the bottle, it might be because she is adjusting to a new routine. When I went back to work, my baby noticed the change too. Quiet skin-to-skin time before feeding helped us reconnect. Trying different positions and checking the bottle nipple also helped. This is just a short adjustment period 
I know that’s frustrating I would recommend trying skin to skin before feeding and try a different position to see if that helps. Hope she decides to latch soon
