Tonight was the first time since I had my daughter I was able to nurse her to the point she felt full and didn’t need any milk from the bottle!
I knew I would exclusively pump and bottle feed and my main goal was to produce milk, seeing as I was not successful with my son I was keeping my goal minimal. So far in 6 weeks I’ve produced over 800 oz of breast milk with my M9 for my daughter!!
When I got mastitis my LC told me to still try to give her the boob even if she doesn’t latch for long. Since then I’ve been trying and she’s been nursing more and more, which I think has helped up my supply a little, because I’ve been getting more with my pumping sessions.
