Mommas the supply is slipping today. 2 oz pump. I so hate the ups and downs of breastfeeding. I wish we had more control over some things. Cutie pic because I was too frustrated to take a picture of the pumped milk.

I hope it starts going back up for you. I don’t know if you know this already, but pumping at the exact same time every day is important. If you change the times, it can cause your supply to dip and/or cause milk duct clogs.
Me a couple days ago!!! !!! I FEEL YOU!!! It might be from traveling and stress too ohhh I wish your supply day consistent and high also it’s ruff out here
