On today’s episode of the traveling Air1 we went to the hot springs and needless to say I started having a let down while I was sitting in the warm water! Makes sense to me hahaha and yes there were people there with us but they hyped me up to pump which was so sweet 
now let me add my I wish I knew sooner part: I wish I knew I needed a wearable pump sooner I can’t believe it took me two months to realize these even existed.

Wonderful views!! Take every chance to pump right! I enjoy pumping in the car while I drive or while I’m outside walking with my kids. I can kill 3 birds with one stone so that’s super important for a busy mom!!
