I stopped breastfeeding at 6m. I had a few very light periods. But my first period after breastfeeding was SOOOO bad. I had to be put on meds to stop the bleeding after 15 days, I was almost anemic and I did have iron deficiency. I was leaking out of tampons and pads. Had I known I would have kept my diapers from giving birth. I’ve talked with a couple friends and they had very experiences.
So my tip is, either get adult diapers or period underwear. I got these and they are just like normal underwear but they work amazingly!
Yes!!! I started to notice with tampons I’d have pretty severe cramps. Well I guess I had more severe cramps with tampons and then I kinda tested it…paying more attention to how I feel between the two!
