What helped me most during seasons where my supply was barely keeping up with my hungry baby’s demand (or when I was actively using up what little stash I had stored) was a fellow mom’s simple advice: you don’t need a freezer full of milk of be a good mom or to keep your baby fed. Pump what you can, give your baby what you have, be grateful anytime there is extra, and if you have “just enough” to feed your baby - remember that “just enough” is still “enough”! Don’t stress if you can’t fill a freezer or store any extra at the end of the day, it’s just not possible nor practical nor needed for every mom and baby.
