One thing I wish I knew about earlier was collection cups. For years I’ve used my spectra with flanges popping out and it was not until recently that I discovered the luxury of collections cups. To make it better…the first few months of breastfeeding I held my flanges to my chest because I didn’t know about pumping bras!

Girl With my 1st I had no idea about a pumping bra either 
I held those flanges to my chest for months before I realized that was a thing and laugh about it now how far I have come! Like that is something they should tell you in the hospital haha

Haha yes! This was me too. I didn’t pump often so I just held those flanges on. lol

Whatttttt I didn’t know you can hook up collection cups to the spectra !!! Omg are these momcozy cups? I have the spectra too as my primary pump

Collection cups are amazing!! I love using my baby Buddha but to sit for 30mins uninterrupted to hold the flanges and bottles I would have probably quite breastfeeding by now lol

Yessss!!! I use the v1 cups with my spectra!they hook right up to the spectra and it makes for a million times better pump session!

Yes!!! The hospital should have told us!!! I found out at a LC appointment when I was saying back hurt from bending over to hold the bottles abs she said, what pumping bra are you using?! And I had no clue. It felt like it hit the lottery With my first bra!

Hahahahhahahaha I’m not laughing at you I’m laughing because I did the same thing 
I called my best friend crying and was like how do I do this for 20 minutes and she giggled and said honey you need a bra to hold them in place

Pumping bras are such a game changer, I definitely couldn’t live without them

Sometimes you have to laugh so you don’t cry. It’s crazy how many things are made for pregnancy and postpartum that we as women don’t know exist until after we have our babies. I did the same thing with my hospital pumps.
