Working with a toddler and baby is getting more and more challenging. Need to find a new schedule to feed, pump, and work.

I am right there with you I find it challenging with just one baby and with the days slowly getting closer to me having to get back on the trail for work I am definitely nervous

It can be so challenging to find the perfect schedule. So much trial and error. I looked up a bunch of different schedule on Pinterest and figured out my own from there

Is it better to put a baby on a fixed schedule or more on demand? As of now, I’m following on demand, but I wonder if it would be better to follow a fixed schedule.

I always thought I am not doing a good job of managing everything. Sometimes it is very frustrating.
The only thing I would make sure to follow a strict schedule on is pumping. If you don’t, you can mess up your milk supply and get milk duct clogs.
For feeding your baby, it’s better to do on demand unless your doctor says you need to.

Every new stage seems to require a whole new routine. Be patient with yourself while you figure out what works best for your family.
