2026 MOMCOZY BREASTFEEDING MONTH | Small Support, Big Difference — OFFICIAL RULES (the “Official Rules”)
1. BINDING AGREEMENT & NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1.1 Binding Agreement
By participating, you fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
1.2 No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is required. A purchase will not improve your chances of receiving any reward.
1.3 Full Compliance Statement
By participating, you confirm that: you meet eligibility requirements; your content is original and authentic; you have permission from anyone identifiable in your content; your content does not provide medical advice or violate others’ rights; and you agree that Momcozy may review, moderate, verify, and disqualify content or accounts that do not comply. Receipt of any reward is subject to eligibility verification and Momcozy’s final confirmation.
2. SPONSOR
Root Technology, Ltd., a Colorado corporation, and/or its affiliated entities responsible for the Momcozy community platform (collectively, “Sponsor”, “Momcozy”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
3. CAMPAIGN PERIOD
The Breastfeeding Month Campaign (“Campaign”) begins July 24, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM EDT and ends August 23, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM EDT. Sponsor’s server is the official time-keeping device. All times are Eastern Daylight Time (EDT/UTC-4). The Campaign consists of three phases:
- Phase 1: July 24 – July 31, 2026
- Phase 2: August 1 – August 14, 2026
- Phase 3: August 15 – August 23, 2026
4. ELIGIBILITY
4.1 Who Is Eligible
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or age of majority in their jurisdiction) and have a registered Momcozy Community account. Physical rewards, coupons, and CozyCoins are available only to participants located in the eligible region who meet all requirements.
4.2 Who Is Not Eligible
Employees, officers, directors, agents of Sponsor or any entities providing prizes (the “Prize Entities”), their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and/or those living in the same household, as well as any person involved in the development or production of this Promotion, are not eligible to participate or win.
4.3 Void Where Prohibited
Void in Quebec, outside the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), and where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their place of residence.
4.4 Account Requirements
Participants must maintain a valid Momcozy Community account with accurate and up-to-date contact information. Deleting your account during the Campaign or verification period may result in forfeiture of rewards.
5. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
5.1 General Requirements
Post on https://community.momcozy.com during the applicable phase period, post under the required category or category instruction stated in the applicable phase announcement. Use the required phase hashtag for that phase. All content must be original, authentic, and relevant to the phase topic. Content may mention Momcozy products, other support tools, routines, family help, emotional support, or feeding-related experiences, but a purchase is not required. Video content is not required to show a baby’s face, breastfeeding, or pumping in a sensitive context. Content must comply with these Rules and Momcozy Community Guidelines. Entries removed under Community Guidelines are automatically ineligible. Multiple posts are permitted but do not increase reward likelihood except where expressly provided. Sponsor may review submissions before determining eligibility. Posts must remain publicly visible and must not be deleted, hidden, or substantially modified during the Campaign and verification period.
5.2 Phase 1: What Helped Me (July 24–31)
Category: Breastfeeding & Pumping
Hashtag: whathelpedme
Share a real breastfeeding or pumping challenge and what helped you through it — a method, product, routine, support, or mindset. Posts may focus on Practical Help or Emotional Help.
5.3 Phase 2: Cozy Support List (August 1–14)
Category: Pregnancy & Postpartum Breastfeeding & Pumping Sleep & Monitoring Baby Care On the Go At Home
Hashtag: cozysupportlist
Choose one of six Support Scenarios (Pregnancy & Postpartum, Feeding, Sleep & Monitoring, Baby Care, On the Go, At Home) and share a practical tip for building a feeding routine. Members may interact with Zein or ask Zein back, but this is not required. Photos or videos are not required for Phase 2. Members may share tips in text-only, photo, video, or mixed formats. Momcozy may require a minimum post length, as stated in the official Campaign post.

5.4 Phase 3: Tips Worth Adding (August 15–23)
Category: Momcozy may determine the final category instructions based on Phase 2 submissions, participation patterns, and campaign needs. The final Phase 3 category requirement will be provided in the official Phase 3 campaign announcement.
Hashtag: tipsworthadding
Help complete the final Breastfeeding Support List. Phase 3 invites members to add one tip, reminder, or support idea worth including in the final Breastfeeding Support List. Momcozy will evaluate eligible Phase 3 tipsworthadding submissions and may shortlist approximately twenty (20) featured Tips for an official voting post. Members may vote for up to three tips they find most worth adding.
6. CONTENT RULES
6.1 Originality & AIGC Prohibition
Content must be your original work based on real experience, real routine, real question, or real tip. AI-generated stories, fabricated experiences, synthetic images/videos (including deepfakes), and AI-generated text presented as personal experience are prohibited. Minor AI-assisted tools (auto-captions, translation, spell-check, audio noise reduction) are permitted. Sponsor may evaluate submissions using detection tools and manual review, in good faith based on reasonably available information. Violations may result in forfeiture. If you believe a determination was made in error, you may submit supporting materials to community@momcozy.com within five (5) days. Sponsor’s decision following such review shall be final.
6.2 Prohibited Content
Posts must not contain:
Unsafe or Medical Content: Unsafe health advice, medication recommendations, supplement recommendations, diagnosis, treatment claims, or guaranteed health outcomes. Personal experiences and general support sharing are permitted, provided they do not present medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or guaranteed outcomes.
Harassment or Harm: Feeding shame, harassment, hate speech, or content that promotes harm against any group or individual.
Private Information: Full names, addresses, phone numbers, order numbers, tracking details, medical records, payment details, or a child’s private information.
Inappropriate Visual Content: Breastfeeding and pumping images are permitted when shared in a respectful manner consistent with Momcozy Community Guidelines.
Intellectual Property Violations: Copyrighted materials owned by others without permission.
Spam or Inauthentic Content: Spam, bot-generated text, meaningless repetitive content, or “water-filling” content.
6.3 Moderation
Sponsor reserves the right to edit, hide, remove, or disqualify any content that it determines, in good faith, contains unsafe health, medical, medication, or supplement advice, or is otherwise misleading, unsafe, non-compliant, or inappropriate for public display.
6.4 Children & Identifiable Individuals
Children: If a child appears in submitted content, the participant must be the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have obtained permission from the child’s parent or legal guardian. Participants are strongly encouraged to protect children’s privacy by avoiding close-up facial shots and considering blurring or obscuring children’s faces using emojis or mosaics.
Other Identifiable Individuals: Participants are responsible for obtaining any permissions reasonably necessary from identifiable individuals appearing in submitted content.
Responsibility: Any copyright, portrait rights, or intellectual property disputes arising from submitted content are the participant’s sole responsibility. Sponsor may request proof of permission upon request.
7. BRAND PARTNER PARTICIPATION
7.1 Zein’s Role
Zein participates as a Momcozy Community brand partner, new parent, learner, co-creator, and feedback sharer. Zein is not a healthcare professional, lactation consultant, legal reviewer, or judge of the Campaign. Members do not need to interact with Zein to be eligible for rewards. Momcozy is solely responsible for final eligibility review, compliance checks, reward confirmation, and reward fulfillment.
7.2 Zein’s Interactions
Zein may like, comment, ask follow-up questions, share personal reflections, and save tips that feel personally helpful. Any tips liked, saved, or commented on by Zein reflect personal appreciation only and do not constitute an official ranking, endorsement, or determination of winners. Zein’s interactions are personal community engagement only and do not represent an endorsement, verification, ranking, or recommendation of any breastfeeding practice, product, or health-related information. Zein’s comments or saved tips should not be interpreted as verification of factual accuracy. Being liked, saved, or replied to by Zein does not automatically guarantee a reward. When Zein shares saved tips, the post should explain why the tip was saved and clarify that it is a personal saved list and appreciation, not an overall community ranking.
7.3 Prohibited Conduct for Brand Partners
Invited brand partners and seeded partners must not provide individualized medical or lactation advice, make guaranteed product claims, pressure members to purchase, or imply that interacting with them is required to win.
7.4 Material Connection Disclosure
Any participant who has an active paid, sponsored, ambassador, affiliate, influencer, KOL, or other promotional relationship with Sponsor for Campaign-related promotional content must clearly and conspicuously disclose such relationship in all Campaign-related posts and interactions, in accordance with applicable law and Momcozy guidance.
Acceptable disclosures include #MomcozyPartner, #ad, or a clear statement at the beginning of the post.
8. REWARDS
8.1 Winner Selection — General Principle
This is a skill-based contest. Winners are selected by a panel designated by Sponsor based on published criteria, not by random drawing. Judging decisions are final and binding. Likelihood of receiving a reward depends on the number and quality of eligible submissions, and where applicable, valid community voting results.
8.2 Reward Summary
8.3 Phase 1 Selection Criteria
Submissions are evaluated by the judging panel based on the following weighted criteria:
Winners are drawn from two content tracks: Practical Help and Emotional Help. Allocation between tracks is determined by Sponsor based on submission volume and quality. Simple check-ins, vague statements, product names only, copied content, AI-generated content, abnormal engagement, or non-compliant content may not qualify. Phase 1 does not include public voting or a public leaderboard.
8.4 Phase 2 Selection Criteria & Mom’s Pick
Selection Criteria: Winners are selected based on a comprehensive review of content quality, real-life scenario, completeness, scenario fit, usefulness, originality, Mom’s Pick community feedback, comments, likes, views, and Momcozy’s final content review. No single factor is determinative.
Mom’s Pick — Community Feedback Mechanism (August 11–14):
Mom’s Pick is a voluntary community feedback mechanism during Phase 2 of the cozysupportlist activity. It helps Momcozy understand which tips members find helpful, relatable, and suitable for consideration in the Breastfeeding Support List candidate pool. Mom’s Pick is not a separate ranking activity, not a popularity vote, and will not create a public leaderboard.
Eligibility: Applies only to eligible Phase 2 cozysupportlist submissions. Only eligible registered Momcozy Community accounts may submit valid Picks. Unusually new, low-activity, duplicate, or suspicious accounts may be subject to additional verification or excluded.
Pick Limit: Each member may Pick up to three (3) different members / three (3) different tips.
Pick Requirements: Each Pick must include the relevant post link or other identifying information required by Momcozy, select one main evaluation reason (Most Helpful / Most Relatable / Strongest Community Contribution), and include a specific, authentic reason that matches the submitted content.
Invalid Picks: Self-Picks, duplicate Picks, vague reasons, copied or AI-generated reasons, reciprocal Picks, organized vote solicitation, vote manipulation, abnormal concentrated Picks, reasons that do not match the content, or other suspicious feedback will not be counted as valid Mom’s Picks.
Effect: Mom’s Pick does not count as regular comments, likes, or views. Valid Mom’s Picks form part of the overall judging process and are evaluated together with other published judging factors, including content quality, usefulness, originality, scenario fit, completeness, and eligible engagement. Mom’s Pick is only one component of the overall evaluation. Receiving more Picks does not guarantee a reward, and receiving no Picks does not automatically disqualify a submission.
Zein Interaction: Zein may like, reply to, save, or interact with selected content during the Campaign, but Zein does not serve as the final judge. Being liked, saved, or replied to by Zein does not automatically guarantee a reward.
8.5 Phase 3 Selection Criteria
Sponsor will first shortlist approximately 20 featured Tips from eligible Phase 3 tipsworthadding submissions, then publish an official voting post. Shortlisting may consider real-life relevance, scenario fit, completeness, usefulness, helpfulness, originality, comments, likes, views, and compliance review. Featured Tips may be displayed in the official voting post in the format of “member/author + selected Tip content.” Sponsor may edit, summarize, categorize, or format selected Tips for clarity without changing the original meaning. Being shortlisted does not automatically guarantee a reward.
Final selection among shortlisted submissions is determined by the highest number of valid votes after Sponsor’s review and removal of invalid, fraudulent, or non-compliant votes. Voting is used solely as a community selection mechanism and does not involve random selection. Each eligible registered Momcozy Community account may vote for up to three (3) different Tips; each account may vote for the same Tip no more than once. Votes from the Tip author for their own Tip will not be counted. Votes from Momcozy official accounts, employee accounts, test accounts, or other ineligible accounts will not be counted. Votes are considered only as one factor in community recognition and do not guarantee selection. Sponsor retains final review authority based on eligibility, compliance, and campaign criteria.
Tie-breakers are applied in order: (1) the participant’s official cumulative contribution performance in earlier phases of this Breastfeeding Month Campaign; (2) the shortlisted Tip’s official content quality performance from earlier review; (3) the shortlisted Tip’s valid independent comment performance.
Multiple-account voting, abnormal registrations, vote swapping, vote buying, vote manipulation, repeated voting behavior, organized vote solicitation, or other suspicious voting activity is strictly prohibited. Sponsor may remove abnormal votes and disqualify related votes or participants. Phase 3 voting results are used only for selecting the Support List Contributors for this Campaign.
8.6 First 100 Cozy Moment Bundle
Determined by the system-recorded posting timestamp of a valid new Phase 2 post. Posting early does not guarantee receipt; all submissions undergo eligibility verification, content review, and fraud screening. Non-compliant or deleted posts are skipped, and the next eligible participant by timestamp is considered. Identical timestamps are resolved by the lower system-generated Post ID. This reward is limited to one per participant and cannot be claimed repeatedly through multiple posts or interactions.
8.7 Reward Limitations
- Video UGC CozyCoins and the first 100 Cozy Moment Gift Bundles may be awarded in addition to other Campaign rewards.
- Phase 1 Community Support Gifts, Phase 2 Support List Tips Awards, and Phase 3 Support List Contributor Awards are separate reward categories under different phase rules and selection mechanisms. A participant may receive rewards from more than one phase if they separately meet the eligibility, content, selection, and verification requirements for each applicable reward category.
- A participant may receive both a Phase 1 Community Support Gift and a Phase 3 Support List Contributor Award. If the same participant receives both Phase 1 and Phase 3 self-selected gift box rewards, the participant may choose a different eligible Momcozy item for the Phase 3 reward than the item selected for the Phase 1 reward, subject to Momcozy’s designated reward range, product availability, inventory, shipping eligibility, and final confirmation.
- Unless otherwise stated, each specific reward category is limited to one reward per participant. Multiple posts, comments, votes, or interactions do not guarantee multiple rewards within the same reward category.
- If there are insufficient eligible submissions, submissions do not meet Campaign standards, voting activity is abnormal, or a participant does not pass eligibility verification, Sponsor may award fewer than the maximum number of rewards.
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Sponsor may substitute a reward of equal or greater value if a listed reward becomes unavailable. Product selection is subject to inventory availability, shipping eligibility, and final confirmation.
- Comments, Likes, Views, Picks, or Votes on deleted or disqualified content are not counted.
- Sponsor may select an alternate recipient if a winner is disqualified, declines, or cannot be contacted.
- In the event of a tie or borderline case not otherwise resolved, Sponsor may consider content originality, authenticity, practical value, relevance, valid engagement, safety, inclusivity, and overall community contribution;
- Canadian residents may be required to answer a skill-testing question.
8.8 CozyCoins Terms
CozyCoins are promotional virtual reward points only. They are not legal tender, stored value, electronic money, gift cards, or cash equivalents. CozyCoins cannot be redeemed for cash, withdrawn, refunded, exchanged, transferred, or sold except as expressly permitted by Sponsor. CozyCoins will be automatically issued to eligible users’ Momcozy accounts and expire ninety (90) days from issuance. CozyCoins are valid only at the Momcozy official online store (momcozy.com), subject to applicable regional availability and Momcozy Rewards Program Terms. Sponsor may modify or discontinue the CozyCoins program in the event of fraud, abuse, or operational necessity, in a manner that does not materially and adversely affect already earned rewards without reasonable justification.
8.9 Physical Rewards & Coupons
Physical Rewards: Standard shipping covered by Sponsor to eligible region addresses. Awarded “as is.” Product quality or functional issues may be handled through Momcozy’s standard after-sales process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost packages after confirmed delivery or for prizes that cannot legally be shipped into a winner’s jurisdiction. For product safety and usage information, winners should refer to the applicable product instructions.
M5 Breast Pump: The M5 Breast Pump is a breast pump device intended to assist with milk expression. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Users should follow the product instructions and consult a qualified healthcare professional for breastfeeding or medical concerns.
Cozy Moment Gift Bundle (Shower Steamers + Oral-Care Coupon):
Oral-care coupon: 25% off eligible Momcozy oral-care products. Valid for thirty (30) days from issuance. No minimum purchase required. Cannot be combined with other discounts. No cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash. May be used once per eligible user. Total coupon redemptions limited to 250, while supplies last.
9. BREASTFEEDING SUPPORT LIST
The Breastfeeding Support List may include selected, summarized, categorized, or edited-for-clarity community submissions. Sponsor may compile, organize, edit, summarize, categorize, format, or otherwise adapt selected Tips for inclusion in the Breastfeeding Support List, provided that the original meaning is not materially changed. This Support List reflects selected community experiences and does not represent professional medical, lactation, or healthcare recommendations, nor does it represent Momcozy’s endorsement of any specific advice, method, product use, routine, or health-related claim. Sponsor does not independently verify the factual accuracy or completeness of individual submissions. Members should always consult a qualified healthcare provider, lactation consultant, or other appropriate professional for medical, lactation, or health-related questions.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION
10.1 Notification
Potential reward recipients may be notified via the email address registered to their Momcozy Community account or through other official Momcozy communication channels.
10.2 Verification
Potential recipients may be required to submit a reward claim form, shipping information, post links, proof of eligibility, and any other reasonably required verification materials. Sponsor may request documentation reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, identity, ownership of submitted content, or compliance with these Rules. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification.
10.3 Response Deadline
Potential recipients must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt unless otherwise stated. Failure to respond, incomplete information, ineligibility, or violation of the rules may result in forfeiture.
10.4 Post-Modification
Participants who delete or substantively modify their qualifying post before reward verification is complete may be deemed ineligible.
10.5 Fulfillment Disclaimers
Momcozy is not responsible for incorrect email addresses, deleted accounts, incomplete shipping information, delayed replies, or fulfillment issues caused by information provided by the participant.
11. TAXES & CUSTOMS
Winners are solely responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations arising from receipt of a reward where required by applicable law. If required by applicable law, Sponsor may request tax information. Any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees associated with prize delivery are the recipient’s sole responsibility.
12. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES
By submitting content, you represent and warrant that: your content is original and does not infringe third-party rights; you own or have obtained all necessary rights, consents, and permissions for any content submitted (including from parents/legal guardians of any minors depicted and any identifiable individuals); your content does not depict unsafe practices or share sensitive personal information; and you have full right and authority to grant the license in Section 13. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims, damages, or liability arising from any breach of these warranties.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIMITED LICENSE
13.1 Ownership
You retain all ownership rights in your submitted content.
13.2 License for Campaign Purposes
You grant Sponsor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, publish, compile, organize, adapt, edit, summarize, categorize, format, and create derivative works from your content solely for: Campaign administration; community display on Momcozy-owned channels; Campaign recap communications (emails and platform posts); and creation and publication of the Breastfeeding Support List. This license is for the duration reasonably necessary to administer the Campaign and maintain Campaign-related content. Sponsor may edit submissions for formatting, length, grammar, or clarity without materially changing original meaning.
13.3 Commercial Use
This license does not include use of identifiable user content (usernames, photos, videos, direct quotes, or personal testimonials) in paid advertisements, product detail pages, paid media, or other broader commercial uses outside the Campaign. Momcozy will obtain separate permission where required for such uses.
14. PRIVACY
Personal data is processed in accordance with Momcozy’s Privacy Policy at Momcozy. Shipping addresses are used solely for prize fulfillment and not for any other commercial purpose. Posts submitted on Momcozy Community may be visible to other community members according to platform settings.
15. DISCLAIMERS
15.1 General
All rewards are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Sponsor disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
15.2 Medical Disclaimer
This Campaign is for peer support and personal experience sharing only. It does not provide medical, lactation, or professional healthcare advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns related to breastfeeding, pumping, postpartum recovery, feeding, or baby care.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Nothing in this Section limits liability where prohibited by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:
(a) participation in the Campaign;
(b) any submitted content;
(c) the acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use any reward;
(d) technical failures, network interruptions, platform outages, software or hardware malfunctions, unauthorized access, data transmission errors, lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted, or misdirected submissions; or
(e) any third-party products, services, websites, or content associated with the Campaign.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor’s total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Campaign shall not exceed the approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the applicable reward claimed by the participant.
Nothing in this Section affects any non-waivable statutory rights that participants may have under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws.
17. FORCE MAJEURE
Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government orders, pandemic or epidemic, labor disputes, telecommunications or network failures, or any other force majeure event. If the Campaign is corrupted or cannot run as planned, Sponsor may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign and may award prizes based on eligible submissions received prior to suspension where reasonably practicable.
18. FAIR PLAY & DISQUALIFICATION
Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to: bots, scripts, fake accounts, multiple-account abuse, VPN/proxy misuse to manipulate eligibility, fake engagement, vote exchanges, paid votes, coordinated voting, spam, repeated content, stolen content, AI-generated content in violation of Section 6.1, harassment, infringement, or other non-authentic participation. Sponsor may review, moderate, hide, remove, or exclude content that violates these Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude abnormal engagement, disqualify participants, revoke rewards, recover rewards where permitted by law, and pursue legal remedies. Judging and vote records will be retained for at least one year.
19. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret and apply these Official Rules in good faith and in a reasonable, non-discriminatory manner intended to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Campaign. Sponsor may correct clerical or administrative errors and make reasonable modifications necessary for the administration of the Campaign, provided such modifications do not materially adversely affect participants’ rights. Changes will be announced on the community platform. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
20.1 Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable mandatory law, these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Colorado, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
20.2 Mandatory Law Exception
Nothing in these Official Rules shall limit or exclude any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under the mandatory consumer protection, privacy, or other applicable laws of a participant’s place of residence. To the extent any provision of this Section is inconsistent with such mandatory laws, those mandatory laws shall prevail solely to the extent of the inconsistency.
20.3 Informal Resolution
Before commencing arbitration or litigation (where permitted), participants agree to first contact Sponsor at support@momcozy.com and attempt to resolve any dispute informally.
The notice must include:
- participant’s name;
- contact information;
- a description of the dispute; and
- the relief requested.
Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute through good-faith discussions within sixty (60) days after receipt of the notice.
20.4 Binding Arbitration
Except where prohibited by applicable mandatory law, any dispute that cannot be resolved through the informal process described above shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules before a single arbitrator. The arbitration shall take place in Denver, Colorado, U.S.A., unless the parties mutually agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different forum. This arbitration agreement shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”).
20.5 Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all claims must be brought solely in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, representative, collective, or private attorney general action. Participants knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to participate in any class or representative proceeding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
20.6 Small Claims
Nothing in this Section prevents either party from bringing an eligible claim before a competent small claims court where permitted by applicable law.
20.7 Severability
If any provision of this Section is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, only that portion shall be severed to the extent required by law.
21. GENERAL
21.1 Severability
If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
21.2 Entire Agreement
These Official Rules constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the Campaign and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether oral or written.
21.3 Winners List
A list of confirmed winners for rewards with values exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25) will be posted, where required by applicable law, on https://community.momcozy.com within thirty (30) days after completion of the Campaign and will remain available for at least six (6) months. For privacy and security purposes, participant display names or usernames may be shown in a masked format (e.g., User****123). Upon request and where required by applicable law, Sponsor will provide a winner list with information as mandated.
21.4 Official Rules Availability
These Official Rules will be available at the designated page on https://community.momcozy.com until at least 90 days after the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
