1. Special Notice
1.1 AIGC Prohibition.
To ensure the fairest possible environment, this campaign does not accept any AIGC (AI-Generated Content) or participation using any AI tools. The organizer reserves the right to use any AIGC detection tools or methods to determine content validity, whether implemented by machine or human review. We will not disclose specific details of these detection methods and reserve the final decision authority. Once content is determined to be AIGC or AI tool usage is suspected, the participant will automatically forfeit their eligibility to participate and receive rewards. Any forfeited rewards may be passed sequentially to the next genuine participant. If you cannot accept this rule, please do not participate in this campaign.
1.2 No Purchase Necessary for General Campaign Participation.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the general campaign or to receive general CozyCoins rewards. A purchase will not increase chances of receiving general CozyCoins rewards.
Purchase is required only for #MyCozyPick posts eligible for Cozy Pick Back Award. See Cozy Pick Back Award section for details.
This campaign is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3.4 Official Timekeeping Device.
Momcozy’s server is the official timekeeping device. Submissions outside the valid campaign period may not be eligible.

4. Eligibility & Inclusivity
4.1 Who Is Eligible.
This campaign is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, at the time of participation, and who have a registered Momcozy Community account.
4.2 Who Is Not Eligible.
Employees, officers, directors, agents of Momcozy / Sponsor, their immediate family members, persons living in the same household, and anyone involved in the development or production of this campaign are not eligible to receive rewards.
4.3 To Be Eligible To Receive Rewards.
Receiving any reward requires that the potential reward recipient is, and remains, in compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any potential reward recipient who Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines is not permitted by law or by these Official Rules to receive a reward.
5. Momcozy Community Account and Registration Required
5.1 Account Requirement.
To participate and claim any rewards, eligible participants must have a registered Momcozy Community account.
5.2 Registered Email.
Potential winners may be notified via the email address registered to their Momcozy Community or Momcozy account, or through other official Momcozy communication channels.
5.3 Account Accuracy.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their account and contact information are accurate and up to date. Failure to receive or respond to notification due to inaccurate account information may result in forfeiture.

The campaign consists of three phases and one all-campaign-long #MyCozyPick activity. Participants must post on https://community.momcozy.com and follow the applicable topic, hashtag, content, and timing requirements.

7. Content Moderation & Fair Participation Policy
7.1 Content Integrity.
All participation follows EDT (UTC-4). Submissions outside the valid period may not be eligible.
All submitted content must be original, authentic, and related to the campaign topic. AI-generated content, repeated posts, copied content, stolen images, spammy content, fraudulent activity, multiple-account abuse, fake engagement, vote manipulation, or irrelevant content will not count.
Momcozy reserves the right to monitor activity, remove suspicious engagement, exclude abnormal votes, adjust rankings, disqualify participants, and revoke or recover rewards if violations are found.
7.2 Content Moderation & Platform Rights.
Momcozy reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove any content that includes but is not limited to: hate speech, harassment, or harmful language; infringing, illegal, or misleading content; spam, advertising, or inappropriate material; nudity or indecent material; copyrighted materials owned by others without permission. Momcozy is not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of user-generated content.
7.3 Fair Participation & Anti-Cheating Policy.
This campaign is intended to encourage fair and authentic participation. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
● Use of bots, scripts, or automated systems
● Use of VPNs or proxy servers to manipulate location or create false identities
● Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage
● Purchasing likes, engaging in vote exchanges, or coordinated manipulation
● Fake comments, suspicious votes, repeated content, stolen images, multiple-account activity, or other non-authentic participation
Momcozy reserves the right to exclude abnormal engagement, fake comments, suspicious votes, repeated content, stolen images, multiple-account activity, or other non-authentic participation from the selection process.
7.4 Third-Party Rights.
If identifiable individuals appear in submitted content, the participant must obtain permission before submission. Any copyright, portrait rights, or IP disputes are the participant’s sole responsibility.
8. No Unauthorized Transfer of Campaign Materials
8.1 No Unauthorized Transfer.
Any transfer, whether by sale, loan, gift, handover, or any other manner, of any campaign materials, completion evidence, CozyCoins, reward eligibility, or access to a Momcozy Community account by an ineligible person to an eligible person is strictly prohibited.
9. Browser / Device Requirements; Account Deletion
9.1 Browser / Device Requirements.
To participate, use a compatible desktop or mobile browser. Recommended modern browsers include Chrome, Safari, Edge, and Firefox. Participants should ensure JavaScript and cookies are enabled.
9.2 Deleted Accounts.
Your Momcozy Community account is your identifier for the campaign. If you delete your account during the campaign, you may lose access to your campaign activity, any earned CozyCoins, and any awarded but unredeemed rewards, and such items may not be recovered.
10. Rewards / Availability / ARVs
10.1 CozyCoins and Virtual Rewards.
Participants may earn CozyCoins for eligible participation, subject to verification and these Official Rules.All rewards are subject to eligibility verification, content review, compliance with these Official Rules，and Sponsor’s final discretionary decision.
10.2 Judged Rewards.
Some rewards are selected based on Momcozy’s review of content quality, practical value, valid engagement, relevance to the campaign theme, and community contribution. These judged rewards are not sweepstakes, lotteries, or random drawings.
10.3 Availability / Selection.
Receipt of general participation CozyCoins depends on eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules, and, where applicable, the number and timing of eligible participants. Selection for judged rewards depends on eligible submissions, content quality, valid engagement, and the applicable judging criteria.
10.4 Prize Limitation.
No more than the stated number of rewards will be awarded. Momcozy reserves the right to award fewer than the maximum number of rewards if eligible submissions do not meet campaign standards.
11. Rewards & Approximate Retail Value
11.0 CozyCoins Terms.
CozyCoins are promotional loyalty points only and have no cash value. CozyCoins are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid only under the applicable Momcozy CozyCoins program rules. CozyCoins are excluded from ARV calculations because they have no cash value.
Momcozy reserves the right to expire, revoke, modify, or discontinue CozyCoins, including those obtained through fraudulent or abusive means, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11.1 Rewards Overview.
Different ways to join come with different reward opportunities.
11.2 Topic Participation Reward.
Post an eligible campaign topic post during the corresponding phase.
The first 200 eligible participants in each phase may receive:

The first 200 eligible participants in each phase will be determined based on the timestamp of each participant’s first valid campaign topic post in the applicable phase, as recorded by Momcozy’s server.

Each participant may receive the base participation reward no more than once per phase.
11.3 Featured Content Rewards.
During the campaign, Momcozy may select featured posts based on content quality, campaign rules, and, where applicable, valid public voting results.
For purposes of featured content rewards and other judged rewards under these Official Rules:
“Content quality” may include originality, authenticity, clarity, relevance to the campaign theme, storytelling, practical usefulness, creativity, and overall community value.“Valid engagement” may include legitimate likes, comments, saves, shares, or other authentic community interactions, excluding suspicious, automated, incentivized, manipulated, fraudulent, or non-authentic activity.
Cozy Content Contributor
Momcozy will select up to 30 winners from eligible posts in the applicable phase. Ranking may be determined based on Momcozy’s content quality review(60%) and valid engagement metrics(40%).
Momcozy reserves the right to award fewer than the maximum number of rewards if eligible submissions do not meet campaign standards.
Rewards:
● Top 1–5: 200 CozyCoins each
● Top 6–15: 150 CozyCoins each
● Top 16–30: 100 CozyCoins each
Cozy Star Rewards
Momcozy will select up to 30 winners from eligible posts in the applicable phase. Ranking will be based on Momcozy’s content quality review and valid public voting results, weighted 60% / 40%.
Rewards:
● Top 1–10: Momcozy Feeding Bundle Gift Box each
● Top 11–20: 150 CozyCoins each
● Top 21–30: 100 CozyCoins each
Cozy Real-Life Spotlight
Momcozy will select up to 30 eligible Phase 3 posts based on content quality, provided that the post otherwise complies with these Official Rules. Winners may be announced directly in the comments under the selected posts.
Reward:
● 100 CozyCoins per selected post
● Each participant may receive Cozy Real-Life Spotlight rewards no more than 2 times.
Cozy Support Award
Momcozy may select one participant in each phase for a Cozy Support Award based on content quality, relevance to family feeding support, and usefulness to other moms.
Rewards:

● Phase 2: Momcozy Bottle Washer ×1
● Phase 3: Momcozy Portable Breast Milk Cooler ×1
Real, detailed, and helpful posts are more likely to be selected.
11.4 Official Website Order Share Reward — #MyCozyPick.
Use #MyCozyPick to share what you ordered from the Momcozy official website and why you chose it. Eligible posts may enter Cozy Pick Back Award selection.
Momcozy may evaluate eligible posts based on content quality, purchase or selection reason, intended use case or real-life usage scenario, valid engagement, and community contribution.
Purchase alone does not guarantee selection or receipt of any reward.
This is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or random drawing.
Potential winners will be notified via registered email or other official Momcozy communication channels and must submit the required form with post link, order information, and order screenshot for verification.
Only orders placed through https://momcozy.com/ and verified by Momcozy are eligible for the final award.
Each participant may receive no more than one Cozy Pick Back Award during the campaign.
The Cozy Pick Back Award is a discretionary promotional recognition reward for selected community content and is not a rebate, refund, cashback program, or price adjustment.
11.5 Cozy Pick Back Award.
Cozy Pick Back Award is a judged selection reward. It is not a sweepstakes, lottery, or random drawing.Selection is based on the applicable judging criteria and not on random chance. The number of rewards ultimately awarded depends on the number and quality of eligible submissions received.
Eligible #MyCozyPick posts may be evaluated by Momcozy based on pre-determined judging criteria. Momcozy may select potential winners based on the following factors:
● Content quality, originality, and authenticity
● Practical value and helpfulness to other moms
● Valid engagement, including valid likes and valid comments
● Relevance to the campaign theme and community contribution
Judging criteria are applied in Momcozy’s sole discretion. No single factor is determinative, and higher engagement alone does not guarantee selection.
Momcozy reserves the right to exclude abnormal engagement, fake comments, suspicious votes, repeated content, stolen images, multiple-account activity, or other non-authentic participation from the selection process.
Potential winners must complete order and eligibility verification before receiving the award. If a potential winner fails to submit the required verification information within the stated timeframe, or if the order or content does not pass verification, Momcozy may disqualify the potential winner and select an alternate winner based on the same criteria.
11.6 Cozy Pick Back Award Prize Levels.
● First Prize × 6: Each selected and verified winner may receive a Momcozy Promotional Gift Card equal to the verified net paid product amount, up to $200 USD.
● Second Prize × 10: Each selected and verified winner may receive a $20 USD Momcozy Promotional Gift Card.
● Third Prize × 15: Each selected and verified winner may receive a $10 USD Momcozy Promotional Gift Card.
Each participant may receive no more than one Cozy Pick Back Award during the campaign.
11.7 Award Spots by Phase.

11.8 Promotional Gift Card Amount.
Selected and verified winners may receive a Momcozy Promotional Gift Card equal to the verified net paid product amount, up to $200 USD.
The verified net paid product amount means the amount actually paid for eligible Momcozy products after discounts, coupons, promotional offers, refunds, and cancellations, excluding taxes, shipping fees, handling fees, payment fees, and other ineligible charges.
If the verified net paid product amount exceeds $200 USD, only a $200 USD Promotional Gift Card will be issued. No cash difference, refund, cash redemption, or additional compensation will be provided.
The Promotional Gift Card may only be used on Momcozy’s official website, https://momcozy.com/. It is not redeemable for cash, not transferable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and no change will be given.
The Promotional Gift Card is issued solely as a promotional reward in connection with this campaign and is not sold to the public. The Promotional Gift Card expires one (1) month from issuance, unless otherwise required by applicable law. The card, code, or related reward communication may state its promotional nature, expiration date, and applicable limitations as required by law.
Winners are responsible for any taxes related to receiving or using the reward.
11.9 Total Approximate Retail Value.
The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Promotional Gift Cards and physical prizes available in this campaign is up to approximately $2,389.97 USD.

12. Reward Claim Process
12.1 CozyCoins.
CozyCoins will be credited to Momcozy Community accounts within seven (7) days after validation, subject to these Official Rules.
12.2 Physical Prizes / Promotional Gift Cards.
If awarded a physical prize or Promotional Gift Card, the winner must provide shipping address, contact information, order verification materials, or other required information if requested within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to provide timely and valid information will be deemed a waiver and forfeiture.
All physical prizes and Promotional Gift Cards will be delivered within thirty (30) days after the conclusion of the Campaign, unless otherwise stated.
12.3 Verification Materials.
Potential winners may be required to submit verification materials before receiving rewards.
For Cozy Pick Back Award, potential winners must submit the required form with post link, order information, and order screenshot for verification.
Only orders placed through https://momcozy.com/ and verified by Momcozy are eligible for the final award.
12.4 Forfeiture.
If a reward is forfeited due to the participant’s actions or failure to comply with these Official Rules, the reward will not be awarded and the potential winner will have no claim against Sponsor.
13. Reward Conditions & Tax Disclaimer
13.1 Costs and Expenses.
Winners are solely responsible for any and all costs and expenses not expressly included in the reward description.
13.2 Tax Disclaimer.
Winners are responsible for any taxes related to receiving or using the reward. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.
13.3 Reward Substitution.
Sponsor may substitute any reward with one of equal or greater value where necessary. No reward may be sold, exchanged, redeemed for cash, or transferred except at Sponsor’s discretion.
14. Verification & Tie Rules
14.1 Verification.
Rewards are subject to eligibility review and official verification. Final reward decisions are made according to the Official Rules.
14.2 Engagement & Tie Rules.
All engagement metrics will be recorded based on Momcozy’s system data as of 11:59:59 PM EDT (UTC-4) on the final day of each respective phase. Late interactions may not be counted.
In the event of a tie, Momcozy may determine ranking based on additional qualitative review factors, including originality, authenticity, practical value, relevance to the campaign theme, and valid engagement quality.
14.3 Identity Disputes.
In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any participant, the entry may be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the relevant Momcozy Community or Momcozy account.
15. User-Generated Content (UGC) License
15.1 Grant of License.
By participating in this campaign, you grant Momcozy and its affiliates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, repost, and share your submitted content, including text, images, videos, comments, usernames, and statements, across Momcozy websites, social media, community channels, reports, and promotional materials for purposes related to this campaign and the Momcozy brand, without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
15.2 Paid Advertising.
If Momcozy wishes to use selected content in paid advertising, Momcozy may separately contact the participant for additional consent where required by applicable law.
15.3 Representations and Warranties.
Participants represent and warrant that all submitted content is original or lawfully authorized. Participants agree to indemnify and hold Momcozy harmless from any third-party claims arising from a breach of this warranty.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights and permissions for any photos, videos, or likenesses included in submitted content, including content depicting children or family members. For any content featuring a minor, the participant warrants that they have obtained verifiable parental or legal guardian consent.
16. Screenshot & Privacy Notice
16.1 Screenshot Use.
Order or cart screenshots may be included in #MyCozyPick posts as part of the campaign content.
Screenshots used for public posts or later verification should show:
● Website/platform
● Product name
● Order amount or cart amount
● Order or purchase date where applicable
16.2 Sensitive Information.
Please hide or blur sensitive personal information before posting or submitting, including:
● Full name
● Phone number
● Full address
● Payment information
● Order tracking details
● Email address
● Full order number unless specifically requested for verification
● Any other personal or sensitive information
16.3 Privacy Use.
If sensitive information is submitted, Momcozy may use such information solely for campaign administration, verification, fraud prevention, compliance, and reward fulfillment purposes in accordance with Momcozy’s Privacy Policy.
17. FTC / Endorsement Disclosure
17.1 Disclosure Requirement.
Because participants may receive CozyCoins, Promotional Gift Cards, or other rewards, posts submitted in connection with this campaign must clearly and conspicuously disclose the participant’s connection to the campaign.
Acceptable disclosures may include:

17.2 Disclosure Standards.
Disclosures must be clear, easy to notice, and not hidden, buried, or misleading. Disclosure should appear near the beginning of the post and should not be hidden only at the end, in a collapsed caption, behind a “more” link, or in a way that ordinary viewers may miss.
Momcozy reserves the right to request correction of insufficient disclosures and may withhold, revoke, or deny rewards for non-compliant posts.
18. Liability Disclaimer and General Release
18.1 Liability Disclaimer.
Momcozy is not responsible for technical failures, network issues, lost or delayed entries, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of any reward, except where prohibited by law.
18.2 Assumption of Risk.
Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, and misdirection of reward claim documents and verification materials.
18.3 Ownership of Entries.
Entries and reward claim documents may become the property of Sponsor and may not be returned.
18.4 Publicity Release.
By submitting a potential reward claim, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, city/state, and any statements for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation where permitted by law.
19. Disclaimer of Warranties
19.1 Warranty Disclaimer.
Sponsor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, concerning any reward. Rewards are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
19.2 Local Mandatory Law Exception.
These Official Rules are governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado. Notwithstanding the foregoing, to the extent that any provision is inconsistent with mandatory local laws applicable to a participant, such mandatory laws will supersede for that participant only.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1 Disqualification.
Sponsor may disqualify any potential reward recipient who is found ineligible or non-compliant.
20.2 Force Majeure / Modification Rights.
If, for any reason, the campaign is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Momcozy which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this campaign, Momcozy reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign. In such event, Sponsor will endeavor to notify participants via community announcement.
20.3 Invalidity.
If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect. Official Rules cannot be modified except in writing by Sponsor.
20.4 Governing Law.
Except where otherwise required by applicable mandatory law, these Official Rules are governed by the internal laws of the State of Colorado without regard to conflict of law principles.
20.5 Language Discrepancy.
The English version shall prevail.
20.6 Privacy.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://momcozy.com/privacy.
21. Arbitration
21.1 Arbitration Agreement.
Any claim or dispute related to the campaign will be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) before a single arbitrator using the AAA’s Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be held in Denver, Colorado. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (FAA).
Class Action Waiver: Claims must be brought in an individual capacity; no class or representative actions are permitted.
21.2 Informal Dispute Resolution.
Prior to initiating arbitration, parties must engage in the informal dispute resolution process: send a Notice to support@momcozy.com containing name, contact information, description of dispute, and relief sought. Within sixty (60) days of receipt, parties shall attempt to resolve the dispute via teleconference or videoconference.

The Official Rules will be available at the designated Official Rules page until September 1, 2026.
23. Additional Campaign-Specific Disclaimers & Notices
23.1 Ranking & Timing Rules.
All engagement metrics will be recorded based on Momcozy’s system data as of 11:59:59 PM EDT (UTC-4) on the final day of each respective phase. Late interactions may not be counted.
23.2 Winner Announcement Format.
Potential winners may be notified via the email address registered to their Momcozy Community or Momcozy account, or through other official Momcozy communication channels. Winners must respond and provide required information within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt, unless otherwise stated.
23.3 Sponsor’s Interpretive Authority.
Sponsor shall have the sole and absolute discretion to interpret these Official Rules and to make all decisions relating to the administration of the campaign, including but not limited to eligibility, winner selection, judging, verification, and reward awards. All such interpretations and decisions are final and binding.
