I’m a first-time mom and recently became a stay-at-home mom. This “job” is even harder. you can’t clock out, you’re on the move 24/7

This is true I decided to be a stay at home mom the first year of my daughter‘s life. We as moms never really truly rest because we are always constantly making sure that our babies are OK. While also taking care of all their needs while also doing housework. 
Kudos to you. So hard. I kinda do that but still work. From home. So I’m with my kids from the second they wake up until they lay their heads down at night.
I applause you momma. I worked from home until I was told to go back to the office so I was with my baby for 10 months. Talk about two full time jobs. We decided to put the baby in a Montessori school. They have been so helpful with her development. I will be quitting my job in December to be a stay at home mom. The baby will be 18 months old. I’m kind of nervous because, like you said, there’s no breaks.
