Hey, so I was pumping an ounce of breast milk, but now I lost my supply. My daughter is in the nicu. I was 29 weeks when I had her, and she’s two hours away. I have two older kids, so I wasn’t able to stay with her. I live in a different state, so I’m not around family, but my mom is down here, but she also has a couple autoimmune’s so I just have her watch my kids on the weekend. I’ve been running around like crazy trying to get everything together, so I wasn’t pumping as much as I should’ve been. I’m focusing more on pumping now, but I lost my supply. Does anybody have tips on how to get it back?! I’ve been drinking a lot of water, and eating foods that help with your supply, but I guess my question is, does the legendary milk “vitamins” help bring your supply back? Or is there any tips on how to get it back? I also pump when I’m there, but I only get .02 oz out. It’s very stressful not being around her, and I know that doesn’t help.
