One thing I hope they don’t leave off the cozysupportlist is that if you are breastfeeding or pumping you need to take care of yourself in order to take care of your little one. Moms so often fall into the background and give up self care to raise their babies. To give your baby the nourishment they need you first need to give your body what it needs. Stress, nourishment, and fluid intake all play a role in what your body produces for your baby. Stress decreases milk supply, so take some time to relax, remember that no matter what is stressing you will pass in time, and do your best to enjoy every season. Make sure you drink plenty of water and EAT! Your body needs nutrients to make food to feed your little. Take care of you so you can take care of them![]()

What an excellent reminder
whenever I’m stressed, I did notice a significant drop in my milk supply. Now I try to relax and that has helped me be able to meet the demand that my baby needs and I really like the tips you listed because we do have to take care of ourselves as well ![]()
