when my baby was born i immediately latch and then two weeks later my nipples were so sore and so cracked that it was very painful to breastfeed my baby. I have big nipples and he has like a small mouth so it was difficult. That’s why I started to pump and of course as a baby starting growing up, he realized that the bottle it was faster than the nipple so I try nipple covers. I try everything it was impossible so that’s why I started my journey on ep mama because I think it was the easy way.

I had the complete opposite experience funny enough my baby always has hated bottles he just recently started to dig them! I tried everything but for the most part I nurse and then pump for extra which has now just been sitting in my freezer!
Btw I don’t think there is any easy way out!! You worked hard and they are all a lot you did and still are doing AMAZING

Girl! omg i’m gonna cry. That’s the crazy part about being a mother: you will expect certain things to go as you want them to, and some of them not going as you planned. I think the best way is to give them the way they need. Only that I wish I could not clean all the bottles and pump parts every single day
I was surprised how painful nursing was at first! I used to call it the hangry feed because it was so intense! 
Sometimes I wish my daughter would take a bottle…like when I have to go somewhere without her. But I discovered she will take a sippy cup full of milk, so that works. It’s crazy how different each of our breastfeeding journeys are and how every baby is different.

omg isn’t that crazy??? honestly, it always amazes me how kids learn things in different ways. they are the best teachers!!
Finding a way to keep feeding your baby through exclusive pumping takes so much dedication. You did what was best for both you and your baby. way to go, mama! YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF!

There is nothing easy about breastfeeding or pumping its a lot of work and your doing a great job!
