Different journeys...same amazing mama

One moment I am CURRENTLY struggling with feeding was going from an over supplier to an undersupplier. I was used to have very full bottles, from one if not both sides. And this time around I decided NOT to build a freezer stash just because I didn’t want to do all of the extra work this time around (3rd baby). WELL, I became pregnant 6 months postpartum and my supply dipped hard and I have no freezer stash and I am an undersupplier now and it’s definitely a hard pill to swallow because I KNOW my body can make more and I KNOW WHY it’s not making more and it’s just so frustrating! What helped me though is knowing my body is actively nourishing 2 babies: my 9 month old and my 13 week old baby growing inside. My body is still amazing, it’s just doing things differently. I had to remind myself to give myself grace. No one is a worst critic than yourself. You got this mama!

You’re doing great, mama! You can only do your best and gracefully accept what you cannot change. Your body is doing incredible things!

Your reminder to give ourselves grace is something so many moms need to hear. Your body is doing something incredible by nourishing both your baby and your growing little one

Congratulations on your pregnancy!

You are doing amazing, your body is doing amazing things all at once! Definitely give yourself extra grace :heart_hands:t3:

I’m in the same boat! 2 months pregnant with a 7 month old:woozy_face::woozy_face: I had an amazing supply now I’m under supplying  I figure anything is something though you know?? It’s hard being pregnant and still breastfeeding and you’re doing it!!! Congrats :heart_hands:t2::heart_hands:t2:

Honestly, your body is so amazing and just continue to remind yourself about all the amazing things you’ve been able to do. I got pregnant while I was still breast-feeding and experience the same thing where my milk basically disappeared but I knew what was happening was important you rock mama.

That part right there no one is a worse critic then ourselves forsure

Congratulations :confetti_ball:
