My advice to any soon to be mom is you really don’t need to overpack your hospital bag. I brought way too much and barely used most of it. Between trying to breastfeed, being hooked up to monitors because of my blood pressure, catching up on sleep, and just soaking in how tiny my baby was there was no time or energy for all that extra stuff. On top of that, I had to move rooms THREE times, and my poor husband had to carry everything along with the baby. Luckily, the nurses helped him move things, but it was still a lot to handle
Keep it simple. Pack light. You’ll thank yourself later. Your body is recovering, your hormones are all over the place, and you’re adjusting to a whole new life you don’t need extra stress on top of that.

Learned this after my 1st child lol 2nd and 3rd baby i brought 1 bag and still over packed since i was under assumption id stay as long as i did with my 1st. Turns out i healed faster after each birth. Lol still over packed without trying to. Ended up staying less and less after each birth. Congratulations on your baby!!
