I’ve froze some in ice cube blocks and rubbed it all over my face for depuffing and to help with my raging acne. I would also mix some in my lotion to use when I would get super dry hands from washing dishes

If just over - I was told it’s not a bad and can be used, just less nutrient dense. Not sure do that’s true?
