I'm first time 2nd mama - one support tip (mothers helper!) Phase 2 <3

One support tip I would add for moms in the stage of pregnancy and postpartum would be hire a mothers helper if you are able to! I know some may be or not be able to be in that position…but as a ftm…I had NO IDEA those were a thing. We have a nanny/mothers helper that comes by every week and omg, lessening the stress of having her watch my little, do our laundry, or fluff up our couch so nicely lowers the stress in our life, which is overall better for all. I am so so thankful for her.

I’m exploring/navigating my 2nd pregnancy while still postpartum. I am still breastfeeding my 20 month old and currently 17 weeks pregnant! In the first trimester I was SO FATIGUED; not all the time, but there were a few times where I’d be more fatigued than usual.

Especially since we are in a new area, do not have family or a strong support system (besides our little family we created), having a mothers helper legit has helped so so much. Lol I wasn’t sure what pic to take but haha I’ve been LOVING my mom cozy pregnancy pillow!!!

You’re doing an amazing job! :yellow_heart: Having a mother’s helper really can make such a difference, especially without family nearby. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy and continued success on your breastfeeding journey!
