🐮 lazy right 🐮

Oh he does a crocodile roll and brings my nipple along for the ride :sob::folded_hands: SOS

He’s starting to learn the upside move and has his feet on my face

I know this feeling all too well!! I’m always saying no no let go first! But she never listens. It’s like they think that nipple will just stretch along with them!:joy:

Prepare for the kicks to the face! Those are always fun

I feel you, my left is always lacking her part and there is that once in a month where she has the same amount or more. Wish they’d both produce a good amount.

I’m not elastigirl !! And the kicks in the face have already started he was trying to stand on my face and breastfeed, like what are we DOING here

Oh yes mine is the same , ever so often she decides to have some ambition and share the load if you will hahaha :joy:

Like why can’t we keep that ball rolling and stay consistent

Oh my gosh! Yeah it’s pretty crazy some of the nursing positions they do. My daughter has figured out how to rest her head on my boob while she nurses. It’s like a revers cradle hold is the best way I can describe it. She does it every night, and I think it helps with the strong flow. She’s also a belly sleeper, so that could be part of it

I’m trying to picture it !!! Is she still upside down??? my son is also a belly sleeper I wonder if this is what my future holds hahah

So she lays in the normal cradle hold position and instead of her head resting lower than my boob, it is reversed and her head is resting on top. She flips onto her belly. It really freaked me out the first time she did it! It still freaks me out sometimes when she does it cause she does it while still sucking and it feels so weird with those little teeth rubbing up against.

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh that makes sense and sounds hilarious  I’m not that excited about the teeth part. My son decided to bite me last night and it was a jump scare

Yeah it’s pretty wild! :joy:

So here’s what worked for me when the biting happened. Say no biting in a calm voice. If you have a strong reaction, they might do it again for entertainment. Then set them on the floor or in the crib and walk out of their sight. They will be upset. Let them be upset for a minute or two and then pick them up. Then either try nursing again or go do something else with them. If they keep it up just don’t nurse for awhile and give a popsicle, teething toy, or Tylenol. Before bedtime, I give my daughter a sippy cup with silicone spout after I brush her teeth/gums. I help her drink it and then she chews on it while I wash my face and brush my teeth.

This is amazing I had to take a screenshot!! I definitely had a big reaction and he found it funny so now I’m worried :frowning_face_with_open_mouth:!

Ok I’ll let you know how this goes because his little teeth hurt! I have a breastmilk popsicle holder too and some frozen toys

Thankyou so much you may have just save me

Oh no, that’s not cool he found it funny! Luckily it was only once, so it hasn’t become a habit. I’m glad you’ve got the popsicles and frozen toys. That really helps. Plus, with it being summer time it will cool them off after being outside! I’ll give my daughter a popsicle after a walk to cool her off.

I’m glad I could help! Let me know how it goes! I started researching before my daughter got teeth because my mother-in-law kept saying as soon as my baby gets teeth I should stop breastfeeding because she will bite me. I was like now way I am quitting breastfeeding already! Why are some people so quickly to suggest quitting breastfeeding? Like breastfeeding is an inconvenience to me or something?

I will keep you updated!!! I’m a little nervous but hopefully it goes well and he isn’t having too much fun biting me.

What is up with people hating on breastfeeding, the amount of times people have been like oh you’re not going to breastfeed more than a year are you? Because that would be weird?

Is insane

Ugh people just don’t get it. It’s like bottles have become the norm, and breastfeeding is unnatural. How did our country get so backwards?

No SERIOUSLY!!! and just like you if I have one minor inconvenience or having a learning curve to something there are so quick to be like oh just use formula and while i see absolutely nothing wrong with formula that’s just not the journey I want to take right now. But then I’m looked at as weird for trying to figure out how to make breastfeeding work

Exactly! It’s so self centered. Like we just shouldn’t have to be inconvenienced like that. I’m willing to make the sacrifice and feel the pain and loose the sleep if it benefits my daughter.

Exactly it’s not about you it’s about what I want to do and what I’m willing to do! Not crying about it just trying to figure it all out hahaha
