Mental health matters

One thing I hope this Support List doesn’t leave out is…

It’s okay to stop breastfeeding at any time for any reason.

It’s okay to keep breastfeeding for as long as you want.

It’s okay to be an only exclusive pumping mom.

It’s okay to switch to formula if you need too.

I stopped pumping at 13 months and it makes me sad but my body was ready to be done.

mental health during pregnancy is overwhelming and every mom needs to start making choices that benefits them not what others want you to do.

YOU HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD

all of these points and never let anyone have you questioning you decision we all have different journeys and different roads and I truly believe each one is not wrong it’s just a path and we can’t all fit on one single path

Absolutely true!! And I hope you’re SO proud of that 13 months that is incredible

100 percent to all of this. There is no right or wrong way of feeding. Do what’s best for you mentally and physically

As long as the baby is FED and whatever way that looks like that works for mom and baby is best!!

So true! It’s your breastfeeding journey!

Making choices that protect our mental health is crucial, no matter what path feeding takes. Hugs to you! 13 months of pumping is a huge accomplishment! :growing_heart:
