Yes it can
Part of our bedtime routine includes chasing my daughter around the living room and tickling her. It helps her get out all that extra energy. I put her in a thin long sleeve onesie. Cool temperatures are a battle though because I live with old people. I usually only sleep with a sheet because it’s so warm. My daughter kicks off her blanket. I sneak in to turn down the thermostat in the middle of the night though. Muah hahaha!
