What helped me was definitely gaining confidence and losing that irrational fear of what other people might think of me, especially when it comes to breastfeeding or pumping! I used to shy away from pumping in public and now, today, I was pumping at the zoo, specifically by the tigers :rofl:. Another mom was standing close by and heard my pumps and said “girl, are you pumping right now?” I said “yes ma’am” and we had a whole conversation about how awesome wearable pumps are and they freedom they afford. Forget worrying and feed that baby, whatever way that looks like for you!!!:heart:
