Something I try to do for me is after everyone is asleep I stay up to just have some time to myself and relax because being a mom to three littles I don’t have much time during the day for anything because someone always needs something. I either watch a tv show, read, or catch up on social Media/Momcozy community posts. Most days I regret it with having to get up In the middle Of the night for feedings and then having to get up early with my older two but it is worth it to have some time to recharge.

Time to yourself wherever you can fit it is so important. I’m glad you put that aside for yourself so you don’t burnout. Especially to three little ones, you are doing a really good job.

I feel the same. I’m just catching up on here while making sure my son is down for the night. He’s been stirring the last 30 mins. I really should be sleeping tho

I always catch myself up way too late because it’s the only time someone doesn’t need me. My March babe sleeps through the night so it’s just me and the pump during the late nights.

That’s why I do too but most of the time I regret it because my baby still wakes a few times a night and my 3 year old does sometimes as well
