One thing I wish I knew you have to try one thing at a time. If you have a new pump try that by its self don’t add anything else. A bigggggg mistake I did was try a new pump and try a lactation supplement capsules trying to increase my supply and my milk almost dried!! And I thought it was the pump and nope it was the supplements it was scary!
