My 7 month started tearing open the tabs on his diapers a few weeks ago. On top of the normal kicking and rolling he’s actively undoing the diapers I just got him in. I’ve tried giving him little toys to distract him or let him play with a burp cloth, but a lot of time he just flaps it around and will try and use his feet to play and it ends up by his groin and gets diaper cream everywhere. Then I have to try and get it away before he shoves it back into his mouth. How do you keep your little one from pulling their diapers off?

Lol looks like I’m waiting until he can walk for potty training to be my salvation.
Oh man. I ended up having to switch to 360 diapers when my son did this. He managed to take diapers off underneath clothes too 
the 360 are a bit more but definitely worth your sanity

We had to switch to the 360 diapers when my older 2 started this as well

We used pampers and Huggies and also the up and up brand you could always get a small bag first to try to see if it helps.

That sounds like a good plan to make sure my son doesn’t get any irritation from the switch. Which ones felt the softest and had the least amount of blow outs for you?
I used Pampers 360 but there are so many out there. Huggies has them now too. This was about 4 years ago tho. With my oldest. I know I’ll have to switch when my youngest discovers it too

You could try putting him in a onesie so he can’t get to it. Shorts might work too. Another thing you could try is Pampers training pants if they make them in his size. They run small, so they might work. They’re like pull ups without the sticky tabs on the side. A little more work to get them on and off though!
