I’m currently 3 months postpartum. I was able to exclusively breastfeed my first born. But currently don’t produce enough milk for my son . I been breast pumping and I’m exhausted and feel defeated. I do both formula and breastmilk but he hates formula.

I’m so sorry you’re struggling
try not to be too hard on yourself. What I feel helps me is drinking at least 90 oz of water, one container of coconut water with my vitamin drink and oats. There’s alot of recipes out there for’ lactation cookies’ so I hope you can dine one. You’ve come to the right place for help and advice! There’s so many great moons in here willing to help. ![]()

best of luck to you momma
This sounds really frustrating. Have you spoken to a lactation consultant?
I’m sorry you feel defeated momma but you have come to the right place for help, have you checked your flange size? It is so important to have the right size it really makes a difference. I try to drink plenty of water and eat foods high in protein. Drinking Body armor and eating oatmeal helps as well. If you are looking to try a supplement to help I like legendary milks Cash cow it has helped me the most. Give your self some grace breastfeeding/ pumping is hard and you have got this!
Welcome mama… So sorry you’re going through this stressful bump in the road. Please don’t be too hard on yourself, you’re doing everything you can for your baby boy, and that dedication means everything! Sending warm hugs. ![]()
