Pelvic floor therapy

One thing I hope this Support List doesn’t leave out is pelvic floor therapy for pregnancy and postpartum.

Did you know that pelvic floor therapy is beneficial for pregnancy and after birth. I didn’t know how much I needed it until I got a prolapse. They also have device you can use to strengthen your pelvic floor. I would definitely recommend it for both vaginal and c-section mamas.

I heard about pelvic floor PT after I noticed I had a leaking bladder when I would laugh or sneeze. I told my OB and she got me in. I had PT for once a week for 4 months and it helped greatly. I would do it again!
