So many struggles, but you can always find some kind of solution

One moment I really struggled with postpartum was do I nurse or pump…. Pumping took a lot of stress away knowing how much food my baby was actually taking. But with my postpartum depression I truly need that closeness and bond building with my baby it’s basically takes it all away for me… So what did I do? I did both. It was completely exhausting and took a huge toll on my body, the exhaustion, they motivation to do it everyday but we made it. I would typically nurse as much at home and always pump on the go.

We made it almost 9 months but I ended up getting pregnant so that’s also been a struggle… what has helped with that has been my freezer stash I was able to collect in my first few weeks when I was extremely over producing. If there’s any advice I could give it would be if you have the supply try to put as much back as you can just incase something like what happened to me happens to you… I’m so thankful I did put some back so my baby girl could benefit more from the breastmilk!!

Even in the hard days I promise it will be okay whether you choose to never give up or you stop for your own sanity as long as you and your baby are healthy it’ll all work out. I have three daughters all have been fed differently; first was all formula, second was half and half and my third has been all breast milk at the end of the day they become toddlers and they’re whole diet will be goldfish, chocolate milk and Oreos lol. Please be so nice to yourself :heart_hands:t2::heart_hands:t2::white_heart::white_heart:

Here’s some photos of our journey including nursing and some pump pics :heart_hands:t2::heart_hands:t2::white_heart::white_heart:

Couldn’t agree more and beautiful eggs mama!! :star_struck:

I love this so much :white_heart: Every feeding journey looks different, and what matters most is finding what works for both mama and baby. The Goldfish, chocolate milk, and Oreos part made me laugh because it’s so true :joy: Thank you for sharing your journey and reminding moms to give themselves grace :heart_hands:t2:

I try to tell moms that when they’re arguing over breast or formula I’m like girl my children try to eat rocks and I’m sure yours will too :rofl: in a few years no one will really know unless you tell them :heart_hands:t2:

Thank you! I miss is so much, until next year :face_holding_back_tears::face_holding_back_tears:
