Promotion & Review Mechanism (How It Works)
This is a long-term, dynamic, and fair incentive program. All tiers are reviewed on a monthly basis—we look at your actual community contribution rather than your seniority!

Points System:
Points are standardized across the community. Points can be accumulated over time and redeemed anytime in the Points Mall.

Dynamic Promotion:

At the end of each calendar month, our operations team evaluates performance based on four pillars: content quality, interaction/engagement rate, and constructive feedback.

From Tier B to Tier A: Stand out in Tier B, and you will be automatically selected to fill the expanding seats in Tier A for the next month.

From Tier A to Tier S: When a Tier S spot becomes vacant (due to member rotation or inactivity), top performers from Tier A will be prioritized for a 1:1 promotion.

Healthy Rotation:
- To keep the community vibrant and fair, Tier S implements a rotation system. Tier S members who fall short of the monthly engagement baseline will be rotated to Tier A, opening the door for passionate Tier A members to step up.

Monthly Roster Announcement:- Transparency is our priority! The official roster for Tier S, A, and B will be publicly announced in the community on the 1st of every single month. This roster will update the promotions, rotations, and new entries for the upcoming month.
How to Participate & Join the Tiers
The application for our very first cohort (June) is officially OPEN NOW! Whether you want to aim straight for the Tier S rewards or start building your influence from Tier B, now is the perfect time to start.
1. Join & Post: Take part in our monthly community events, and share your high-quality content or stories with the month’s dedicated event hashtag #.
2. Monthly Selection: Our backend team reviews all entries and engagement metrics at the end of each month to select the new roster for Tiers S, A, and B.
3. Announcements: Tier S, A, and B lists will be updated and officially announced at the end of each month.

KOC Tiering & Evaluation: Progression, rewards (including ARV), and monthly incentives are based on our S/A/B tiering system and “Content Operational Matching Dimensions.” Evaluation relies on objective metrics (engagement, completion rate, compliance). Momcozy reserves the right to audit content and address abnormal traffic.

Points & Account Governance: Points have a set validity period. Program violations will lead to deductions, demotion, or termination. A prior notice, appeal window, and record-archiving will be provided before any formal demotion or exit.

Campaign Admin: All timelines follow EDT (UTC-4). Winners/upgrades will be announced via anonymized emails (e.g., abc***@gmail.com). Reward notices will be sent via email. Momcozy reserves the right to adjust terms within legal limits.
