What helped me in my journey :

Delete the pump trackers.

During my first pumping journey, I tracked every session and every ounce. Instead of helping, it made me obsess over the numbers. If I pumped even a few ounces less, I’d panic and think my supply was dropping.

This time, I stopped tracking and stopped counting ounces. I focused on being consistent instead of chasing numbers.

The result? Less stress, more peace, and a much healthier pumping journey. Remember: your output will naturally fluctuate and that doesn’t always mean your supply is decreasing :growing_heart:

It stresses me out so much to keep track so I had to stop along time ago! This is great advice!

So true! Letting go of the numbers makes the whole journey so much less stressful. Such an important reminder for pumping moms! This kinds of reminders are needed everytime. I swear

Yess! I would see the increase then decrease and it became to much, not keeping track I couldn’t see any of that, just that my baby was fed the whole day :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
