What helped me - water is key

Before and after each breastfeeding/pumping session, drink a big glass of water. This helps ensure you stay hydrated which is key for your supply and overall recovery and health. Also, this will help you avoid the extreme thirst that will inevitably hit you the second you start breastfeeding/pumping if you dont!

Hi and welcome to the group. :waving_hand: It’s very nice to meet you.

I do agree that hydration is very important especially when it comes to breast-feeding. I myself struggle to drink plenty of water, but I’m slowly getting better at it.

Hi welcome to the community!

I couldn’t agree more! I keep water on my bedside for night time and a huge jug during the day

You’re so right water is so important. Anytime I supplies down the immediate thing I do is to increase my water.

Yes, the hydration is the key!!

Yes as someone who struggles to remember to drink water this is such an important message it really makes a huge difference

Welcome!:heart: I try to be so hydrated but getting lazy the last couple days (why!!!) so ty for the reminder! I have been feeling that extreme thirst lately. I gotta get better.

I really be trying to stay on to myself about hydration but it’s so hard to get away from pop and make myself drink water :smiling_face_with_tear:
