● Pick up to 3 different eligible Phase 2 cozysupportlist posts, with one Pick per mom.

● Please include all your Picks in one comment and choose only one “What stood out” category for each.

● Please don’t Pick your own post. Each Pick should include the post link and a genuine, specific reason in your own words.

● Duplicate Picks, arranged Pick exchanges, coordinated participation, or other non-authentic feedback may not be counted.

● Only eligible Phase 2 cozysupportlist posts and Picks submitted by registered Momcozy Community accounts during the Mom’s Pick Period may be considered.

Mom’s Pick is community feedback—not a standalone public vote or ranking. It is one part of Momcozy’s overall review alongside content quality, usefulness, originality, valid engagement, and other criteria in the Official Rules.

Receiving more Picks does not guarantee a reward, and receiving no Picks does not disqualify a post.

Thank you for helping us recognize the tips that could make another mom’s breastfeeding, pumping, or feeding day a little easier. :pink_heart:

This tip made a strong community contribution because it offered support, encouragement, or honest experience about postpartum depression and finding the help you need and that is so important for mommas to have this resource. I am so proud of @Jessica2 for having the courage to share her story so it could help a momma in need not to feel alone.

This tip could help the Breastfeeding Support List because it shares that every baby and breastfeeding journey is different and you can’t compare your journey to anyone else’s or your baby’s milestones to another’s because they grow and learn at their on pace and it will steal your joy if you try to compare. @Gabbie did a great job of explaining that. Comparison Is the Thief of Joy

I appreciated this tip because it explained a lot of different breastfeeding tips and tricks in a clear and useful way that will really help mommas. @Barb is always so helpful and has the best advice!

Tips to save for breastfeeding by @Barb

There is so many useful breastfeeding tips she listed! I agree 100% with all these tips. This is so helpful for mamas just starting their breastfeeding journeys and mamas who have been doing this awhile as well!

My favorite tip is to find someone who will support you. There are definitely people out there who think you should just quit…even if it’s just so they can give your baby a bottle!!

Milk Comes In Engorgement by @Chantel

Engorgement is such a challenging time! It’s so important to know how to handle it so you don’t end up with clogs or mastisis.

My favorite tip is to pump after a warm compress. This has worked well for me so many times through my breastfeeding journey!

Amazing Nursing Bra by @Alexandria

This nursing bra review was very helpful to me. She mentioned that it is very comfortable to sleep in. I’ve been looking for the perfect Momcozy sleep bra, so I’m going to order one of these to try out!

I would say this too from @nae is something I find super helpful it’s about getting prenatal massages which I wish I knew about when I was pregnant and definitely will be utilizing next time around

This tip from @Rachel5 because I feel every mom should take these the help them reduce clogs I am such a big fan of this supplement and it’s truly so helpful

and @Angel i want to thankyou for sharing that milk can always be used in a bath I do this all the time with milk left out too long or in the fridge, even frozen milk from when I had to take medication and didn’t want to feed it to my baby, this is such a great reminder it has so many incredible uses especially on the skin

And I know this is only three but I have so many this is incredible hard so I’m adding @barb because as someone who has had many dips and up and downs I think this list is so useful for moms in similar boats

This tip made a strong community contribution because it offered support, encouragement, or honest experience about .. postpartum depression, anxiety &distress, offering resources that is really helpful for a lot of moms. Especially if you may not have someone you feel comfortable expressing yourself to. The hotline she shared is perfect to be able to speak with someone and release. And it’s 24/7 which to me is the best part.

This tip was helpful because it shared a practical idea about .. mental exhaustion and knowing when to ask for help, not only when but knowing that it’s ok to ask and not feel guilty about it because you deserve a break and help. I love how this post goes with the previous one up above, I feel the first step is speaking with someone when needed before you go into mental exhaustion, then this post asking for the help, receiving it so that you catch yourself and recover… that another mom could use.

I appreciated this tip because it explained… step by step with firstly how to love yourself, then choosing a great pumping bra and pump to best fit your individual needs and be okay with your journey because it will in fact be a up and down rollercoaster. Although still believe in yourself for what you can produce and don’t give up because eventually it’ll pick back up again. in a clear and useful way.

Mom’s Pick: Body recovery ❤️‍🩹
What stood out: What stood out to me the most is that as moms we often focus more on the baby than ourselves. Postpartum recovery isn’t just about healing physically. It’s also about giving yourself grace, finding support, staying hydrated, getting nourishment, and remembering that moms deserve care too. I have been in that situation where I was not taken care of myself as I should and I did ask for help
Why: I believe this is an important reminder for moms to take care of themselves because giving birth is such a big event in our lives.

 @Lydia

Mom’s Pick: Baby monitor ! 🩵🩵🩵
What stood out: For me, what stands out most is the peace of mind it provides. Knowing I can keep an eye on my baby while still taking care of myself or other responsibilities makes a huge difference. This is why I personally now have a baby monitor to help me. As moms, we deserve tools that help us feel more confident and supported.
Why: That extra reassurance means so much because I know it may help moms respond quickly if their baby wakes up, starts crying, or just needs them.

 @Larissa2

Mom’s Pick: Cart for baby feedings
What stood out: This is such a helpful tip for new moms! I really like the idea of having a little cart dedicated to your feeding or pumping station because it keeps everything you need organized and within reach. When you’re breastfeeding or pumping multiple times a day, having to constantly get up to find bottles, pump parts, chargers, wipes, nipple cream, burp cloths, or other essentials can become exhausting.
Why: It saves time, keeps things organized, and makes those already busy feeding sessions a little less stressful. I think this is especially helpful for new moms who are still figuring out their routine and learning what they actually need close by.

Great job to all moms for these helpful posts :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

**Mom’s Pick:** @Emily3 Let people help you

**What stood out:**\*

What stood out to me about this post was the authenticity and relatability of wanting to handle everything on your own, but also recognizing when to ask for help.

**Why:** I appreciated this mom’s insights about how she felt before and what she recommends now. It’s good to get someone’s perspective and how it has changed over time.

**Mom’s Pick:** @Jessica2 ✨ You Are Supported ✨

**What stood out:**\*

Post was so helpful because it shared the resource for a postpartum hotline. I knew such things existed, but I actually had not heard of this one specifically so I think it’s a good thing for mom’s to have in their back pocket.

**Why:** I really appreciated the honesty transparency of this post because it’s something that a lot of moms experience that don’t necessarily want to admit or talk about. But I think we all go through some kind of struggles during pregnancy and postpartum.

Gabriella’s storage is so unique and ingenious! Her storage with the old soda cases is something I never would have considered. Her idea stood out to me because it’s so unique and I know other moms will find this SO helpful!

Emily’s reminders to take of yourself and the very beginning of your pregnancy is something that needs to be said over and over! What stood out to me is that she started taking care of her belly right away to prevent those stretch marks! Being pregnant 6 times I never thought to start taking care of stretch marks that early! Bravo Emily for taking such good care of yourself!

Kristin’s advice to stop comparing to a stranger is so real and we all need to hear it! I love everything about her post! What stood out to me is that her thoughts are the same ones I have. Am I doing enough? Why can’t my body do that? Every mom needs to see Kristin’s post !

One tip that stood out to me was an emergency bag.

Why- it honestly prompted me to finally get one together. Now I am set. The list definitely helped me “act now”

Thank you @mama91

I thought this was a good tip because I think everyone should meet with lactation if possible. Had I not been given this same advice, I don’t know if I would have been successful! @Kayla9

@Rachel5 my final pick. Sorry there are so many good ones and I could even pick more.

this right here is so needed. Check ins , when little ones could mean the biggest difference to a momma
